UBUNTU is an African concept that means: Welcoming, respect, mutual aid, sharing, community, care, trust, generosity.

The literal translation of UBUNTU is: "I am because You are". I can only be a Person with other People".

Nelson Mandela told a short story to try to define UBUNTU: "In ancient times, when a traveler crossed his country and stopped at a village, he didn't even have to ask for food and water. The villagers welcomed him and fed him as soon as they saw him coming".
